Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Book a time online or call, and we'll come to you, look at what needs to go and give you an all-in price on the spot. There's no charge and no obligation.
Can you remove it the same day as the estimate?
Yes. If you're happy with the price, we load it up and take it away right then, during the same visit.
What is curbside pickup?
If all your items are outside in the driveway or at the curb, ready to load when we arrive, you save 15% off your quoted price, and you don't need to be home.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer a friend or neighbour and get up to $40 back by e-Transfer once their job is complete: $40 on jobs $450 and up, $30 on jobs $300 to $449, and $20 on jobs under $300. Just have them mention your name when they book.

Do you take mattresses or furniture with bed bugs or cockroaches?
Yes. We remove items with bed bugs, cockroaches and other pests. They're wrapped and sealed before loading, and there's an extra charge we confirm in person before we start.
How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on how much there is and how much room it takes in the truck. Call or text a photo, or use the quote form, and we'll give you a free, upfront price. You approve it before any work starts.
What items do you take?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, TVs and electronics, exercise equipment, renovation debris, yard waste, hot tubs, sheds and full house, garage, basement and office cleanouts. If you're not sure about an item, call or text and ask.
Do I need to carry anything out?
No. We come in, lift it, load it and sweep up. You just point.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured, so your home and property are covered while we work.
What areas do you serve?
Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, Milton, Toronto, Georgetown, North York, Vaughan, Burlington, Caledon, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Markham, Hamilton, Guelph, Aurora, Newmarket, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and across the GTA and Southern Ontario. If your city isn't listed, call anyway.
What are your hours?
We're open 7 days a week, 6 AM to midnight. Call, text or send a quote request any time.
Do I need to be home?
Usually yes, so you can show us what goes and approve the price. For outdoor pickups we can sometimes arrange it without you there. Just ask.
What happens to my junk?
We take it to licensed disposal and recycling facilities, and donate or recycle items where it makes sense.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is done. We'll confirm payment options when you book, and you get a receipt for every job.
Do you work with contractors and property managers?
Yes. Renovation and construction debris, tenant move-outs and repeat pickups. Call us to set it up.
