Your price is based on how much space your items take in our truck, plus extra labour for very heavy items or stairs. It includes all lifting, loading, disposal and sweeping up. We confirm the exact price in person before we start.

Yes. We come out, look at what needs to go and give you an all-in price. If you say no, you pay nothing.

Put all your items in the driveway or at the curb, ready to load when we arrive, and save 15% off your quoted price. You don't need to be home.

For items inside your home, yes, so you can show us what goes and approve the price. For curbside pickup, no.

Hot tubs, sheds, very heavy furniture and large amounts of renovation debris may cost more because of the extra labour and disposal weight. Tell us in step 4 so we come prepared.

We still take them. Items with bed bugs, cockroaches or other pests carry an extra charge for wrapping, protective gear and cleaning. Let us know in step 4, and we'll confirm the price in person before we start.

Refer a friend or neighbour. When their job is complete, we e-Transfer you $40 on jobs $450 and up, $30 on jobs $300 to $449, or $20 on jobs under $300. They just mention your name when they book. No limit on referrals.
